3A Molecular Sieve

3A molecular sieve is a kind of alkali metal aluminon-silicate, the potassium form of the type A crystal structure. The pore size of 3A molecular sieves is 3 angstrom and the limit of adsorb molecular diameters is 3A. The approximate chemical formula is K₇₂Na₄₈[(AlO₂)₁₂(SiO₂)₁₂]•XH₂O

A variety of applications including:

Dehydration treatment of unsaturated hydrocarbon gas, such as petroleum cracking gas, ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene, etc.
Drying polar liquids, such as methanol and ethanol, etc.
Drying refrigerant and insulating glass gas
Drying food grade gas, such as CO₂, O₂, N₂, etc.
