DX-AS-04 for Dehydration& Adsorption

DX-AS-04 is an effective activated alumina for desiccant or adsorption. It is white bead with uniform size, high surface area-to-mass ratio, high mechanical strength and high water absorption. It will not swell or crack after absorbing water and remain in the original shape. It is non-toxic, odorless, and insoluble in water and ethanol. The drying depth of this product can reach -70 degrees below dew-point temperature.

A variety of applications including:

  • High efficiency remove fluoride from industrial wastewater
  • Remove fluoride from alkane during alkylbenzene production
  • Transformer oil purification
  • Air drying in the oxygen production industry, textile industry, electronics industry
  • Desiccant or purification for chemical fertilizers, petrochemical industry (- 40 degrees dew-point temperature), and PSA industry (- 55 degrees dew-point temperature)
  • Desiccant for no heat regenerative dryer
