13X Molecular Sieve
13X molecular sieve is a kind of alkali metal sodium-silicate, the sodium form of the type A crystal structure. The pore size of 13X molecular sieves is 10 angstrom and the limit of adsorb molecular diameters is 13X. The approximate chemical formula is Na86[(Al02)86(SiO2)106]•XH2O.
A variety of applications including:
- Purging air separation plant (removing H2O, CO2, Hydrocarbon)
- air and permanent gas
- Drying and desulfurizing natural gas, oil field gas, liquid hydrocarbon
- Absorbing large-diameter molecule, such as aromatic hydrocarbon, branched hydrocarbon
